Gangtey, Bhutan
Six Senses Gangtey, opened in October 2019, now joins its lodges in Paro, Thimphu and Punakha. The circuit of five lodges will be complete with Bumthang's opening in 2020. Activities include hiking and mountain biking in the countryside, bird-watching from the lodge’s bridge and meditating with monks. Fall is the best season to visit Gangtey, with the arrival of the fascinating black-necked cranes from Tibet in October.
