From 5:45 – 6:15 AM, witness the energetic, world-famous action at the Tuna Auction from the market’s second floor Observation Window.
During the auction, brokers hustle to and fro in the hopes of getting fresh fish at the best possible price; coming in at almost double the size of its predecessor (Tsukiji), Toyosu enjoys a renowned heritage as the biggest fish market in the world.
You must arrive at the auction no later than 5:30 AM; an advanced application to see the tuna auction is required - we will know the results at the end of the month.
