The Ghibli Museum is an animation and art museum centered on the stunning works of Studio Ghibli, one of Japan’s most famous animation studios.

Studio Ghibli has produced an array of films that have inspired audiences from around the world, examples of which include: Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Howl’s Moving Castle and My Neighbor Totoro. The museum itself borrows from the studio’s distinct designs, and many of their most famous characters reside within the museum, including a life sized robot from Castle in the Sky, located atop the museum’s rooftop garden.
