Visit the Sapporo Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill, a lookout offering panoramic views of downtown Sapporo and the Ishikari Plains.
Atop the observation point you will find a bronze statue of Dr. Clark (an American Vice-Principal symbolic of the development of Hokkaido) and other monuments related to the history of Sapporo.
