Visit Minneriya National Park.


Minneriya National Park is famous for its large population of elephants, living in herds of 100 – 150, roaming throughout the jungle. In addition to elephants, this 22,000 acre park plays host to wild boar, buffaloes, spotted deer, leopards, crocodiles, jackals, 160 species of birds and so much more.


For your visit it is recommended that you wear natural/earthy tones & comfortable walking shoes. You will also want to carry a bottle of water, sunscreen and mosquito repellent.
