The kitchen is stocked with all the ingredients and fresh spices you’ll need to create a dinner to remember, alongside an English-speaking chef and his assistant who will help you get the most out of the class.
As you cook, learn about the food culture of the region and the spice trade that’s been operating in the area for over 4,000 years. Once the meal is ready, sit down together with the rest of your group to enjoy the food.
