After drawing in record crowds with his must-see yearly exhibitions, the designer behind Japan’s Art Aquarium is set to open his first permanent installation this summer: the Art Aquarium Museum. Located in Tokyo’s Nihonbashi District, the Art Aquarium Museum will feature a mesmerizing collection of more than 30,000 goldfish swimming in an awe-inspiring setting of glass and light; the highlight is the ethereal Goldfish Forest, where visitors can walk between towering pillars filled with goldfish, water and traditional Japanese design elements.
