Morning Cooking Class (Four Seasons)
Chiang Mai, Thailand
At 8:30 AM depart the Four Seasons Chiang Mai and transfer to the Pantawan Cooking School. Meet with a local chef.
Then visit the local market where you will be shown the various vegetables and fruits that are used in Thai Cooking. The chef will introduce local vendors and explain in depth the culture of Thailand’s food.
Afterwards, return to the school where you will learn how to prepare a Thai meal.
The menu is:
Coconut Milk Soup (with chicken)
Pad Prig Kang Moo (Stir-fried red curry paste with pork, kaffir lime leaves and basil.
Plamuk Pad Pong Karee (Stir-fried Calamari with yellow curry)
Yam Moo Yang (Spicy grilled pork salad)
After your lesson, enjoy your freshly prepared meal.
At approximately 1:00 PM you will be transferred back to the Four Seasons Chiang Mai. The drive takes approximately 75-90 minutes.
